Our Commitment
BetterBoost aims to make this website usable for people with disabilities, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, captions, and reduced-motion preferences.
We design public pages to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If a page falls short, we want to know so we can fix it.
Accessibility Measures
Current site features include:
- Keyboard access to primary navigation, mega menus, forms, and in-page links
- Visible focus states on interactive controls
- A skip-to-content link at the start of each page
- Semantic headings, labels, and buttons rather than clickable text with no name
- Text alternatives for the BetterBoost logo, icons used as images, and other meaningful graphics
- Support for reduced-motion preferences on GSAP and CSS animation, including homepage motion systems
- Color contrast intended to remain readable on dark and light sections
- Form errors announced in text beneath the related field, with focus moved to the first invalid control
We test new templates with keyboard navigation and automated checks as pages are built. We also review representative routes when we change global layout or motion.
Known Limitations
Some areas may still create barriers:
- Older embedded media, third-party video players, or downloadable files that have not yet been replaced with accessible versions
- Complex data visualizations or motion sequences that we simplify, but that may still be harder to parse than static text
- Prototype Learning Lab and questionnaire flows that are still being connected to production systems
- PDF or external case-study destinations hosted outside this website
We do not hide incomplete work behind inaccessible widgets. Where an asset is pending, on-page copy states that the destination is not yet available.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell us through the Contact page. Please include the page URL, the barrier you observed, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.
We review accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond within five business days with a status update or a workaround. If a fix will take longer, we will say so and offer an alternative way to get the same information, such as a phone or email conversation.

Compatibility and Standards
This website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and keyboard-only navigation.
We follow a native HTML approach for site routes rather than custom history interception, so standard browser behavior, focus management, and assistive-technology shortcuts remain available.
This policy covers the BetterBoost website. Accessibility of systems we build for clients is defined in the statement of work for that engagement.
